GNIDA to Allot 22 Commercial Plots in Lucknow to Fast-track Uttar Pradesh’s Industrial and Economic Progress, ET RealEstate

LUCKNOW: To fast-track Uttar Pradesh’s industrial and economic progress, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has invited applications for allotment of commercial plots.

Informing this, an official spokesperson said that the deadline for registration in this plot allocation scheme is set for December 8 and the entire process will be completed through the SBI’S e-tendering portal.

Sharing details, officials at GNIDA said applications have been invited for the allotment of 22 plots in Greater Noida through the Commercial Plot Allocation Scheme (FAR-4.0), with the earnest money deposit (EMD) ranging from Rs 2.19 crores to Rs 10.17 crores.

These include five plots of 2,313.47 square metres each in Sector Delta-2, five plots of 2,580 square metres each in Sector Alpha-2, a plot of 11,500 square metres in Sector Alpha-2, a plot of 12,000 square metres in Sector Ecotech-12, a plot of 10,000 square metres in Technozone-8, six plots of 10,400 square metres each in Sector 12, three plots of 10,600 square metres each in Sector 10 and a plot of 9,250 square metres in Sector 10.
