PANAJI: The Goa Housing Board (GHB) has started the process to e-auction one commercial plot each at Farmagudi in Ponda, Aravalem in Sanquelim, and Camurlim in Bardez.
The area of these plots is 1,526 sqm, 3,828 sqm and 2,247 sqm, respectively. The GHB has invited online applications for the disposal of these commercial plots by e-auction on outright sale.
Eligible applicants have been asked to apply online at www(dot)goaonline(dot)gov(dot)in by January 5.
The allotment of plot will be on ‘as is where is’ basis and the allottee shall not have any right to complain or raise any objection about nature, condition or planning, or claim any damage or compensation on any account, the GHB said.
