NEW DELHI: hBits has raised Rs 40 crore in its series A funding round from Capricon Realty, an entity of Thackersey Group.
The funds will be used to enhance the company’s technology platform and expand its geographical presence.
Recently, the company applied for a small and medium REITs (SM REITs) license with the securities and exchange board of India (SEBI).
The company aims to triple its assets under management (AUM) from Rs 500 crore to Rs 1,500 crore by the end of the next financial year, driven by the launch of its SM REIT offerings.
