Lake Shore India Invests 415 Cr In 3.3l Sqft City Mall, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate

PUNE: Lake Shore India has invested up to Rs 415 crore in its maiden mall in Koregaon Park, according to industry sources. The real estate investment manager acquired the property in 2019.

The mall is spread over 3.3 lakh sq ft and has collection of 100 brands. Some of the marquee luxury brands occupying anchor spaces in Kopa are Michael Kors West Elm, White Crow, Victoria’s Secret, Nappa Dori, Hugo Boss, Brooks Brothers and Tumi.

The mall will open to consumers on Saturday.

“We purchased this asset in 2019 with the aim of totally re-imagining what it could be and the intention to deliver an unparalleled shopping and dining experience for the Pune market. Now that it is finished, we are confident that we have created a space that will enrich the urban experience for the entire community,” Ashwin Puri, managing director and CEO of Lake Shore said.

The Mumbai-based group has created a portfolio of retail assets in four cities including two in Mumbai, one in Gurugram and one in Hyderabad.
