LDA Sells Plots Worth Over ₹675 Crore

LUCKNOW: In a recent e-auction conducted by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), commercial plots worth over Rs 675 crore were successfully sold out. Besides commercial plots designated for group housing, schools, health centers/nursing homes, and mixed-use plots, were sold out.

LDA chairman Roshan Jacob distributed certificates to the allottees at a function held on Tuesday and assured them of issuance of allotment letters within 15 days. The LDA has opened the portal for e-auction of commercial properties worth around Rs 2,500 crore. The last date of registration for the bidding is February 16 while the e-auction will be held on February 20.

The land in the Central Business District Scheme located in SG City, covering an area of 18,962 square metres, was sold for approximately Rs 180 crores. Besides, the final bid for the land parcel spanning 5,246 square metres amounted to Rs 46 crores. In Sector-7 of the Gomti Nagar Extension Scheme, reserved for nursing homes/health centers, land parcel number 7/12A, covering 8,844 square metres, fetched more than Rs 50 crores.
