LUCKNOW: Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will create a scheme-wise master register of properties to address the issue of missing property files.

In a review meeting on Thursday, LDA vice chairman Indramani Tripathi set the April 15 deadline to update the master register. The register will include details of all properties under each scheme, property type (residential, commercial, etc.), area, ownership, allocation/registry status of the property, and other important information.

As of now, the files were kept section-wise, which used to get lost while transitioning from one section to another.

The decision to launch a new residential scheme with EWS, LIG, and MIG category housing in Deopur Para was also taken.

The policy’s terms exempt the townships from house, water and sewer taxes either for seven years from the start of construction or till handover of the units, whichever is earlier. Wave City and Suncity are Hi-tech township licencees in Ghaziabad.
