Lucknow Development Authority Launches E-Auction for 300+ Properties, ET RealEstate

LUCKNOW: Lucknow Development Authority on Monday opened an e-auction portal to bid on various residential and commercial properties, including those on prime locations across the district.

The portal was opened following the directives of Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar. It will remain open for online registration until Dec 11, with the e-auction scheduled for Dec 16.

The e-auction includes over 300 properties, such as group housing plots, schools, nursing homes, hotels, fine dining spaces, and mixed-use properties. Residential plots measuring 60 square metres are available in various schemes, including Basant Kunj.

Secretary Vivek Srivastava shared that the previous auction generated approximately Rs 515 crore, and the newly reopened portal is expected to attract similar interest.

Additional secretary Gyanendra Verma noted that Basant Kunj Yojna’s Sector-H includes residential plots at a reserve price of Rs 32,955 per square metre. Other properties across prominent areas like Gomtinagar, Janakipuram, Shardanagar, CG City, and Kanpur Road, including malls, multiplexes, city clubs, and CNG stations, are available through this e-auction.
