Noida Ceo Meets Builders, Asks Them To Clear Water Dues, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate

NOIDA: The Authority has directed a builder to submit Rs 1.07 crore as water dues at a joint meeting with five builders on Saturday. The meeting was attended by builders along with residents’ bodies.

Officials from the water department were directed to make sure Sethi Buildwell Pvt Ltd cleared the dues, Rs 1.07 crore, in time.

Another developer who built a 3,900-flat project, Paras Tierea from Imperial Housing Venture Pvt Ltd, was found to have taken only 1,050 connections. The Authority instructed the water department to estimate the water supply of the remaining 2,850 flats and send it to the builder.

During the meeting, Noida CEO, Lokesh M, asked the planning department officials to re-inspect the map of the Antriksh golf view project from Antriksh Developers Pvt. Ltd, as there are pending cases against the builders in the courts.

Addressing the project of M/s Ajnara India Ltd, covered by Hon’ble NCLT, the authority asked the representative of IRP to attend the upcoming meeting.

Also, the Supertech Eco City project of Supertech Ltd, covered under the national company law tribunal (NCLT), was directed to ensure that apartment owners association (AOA) is informed about the legal process of handing over the 20 towers within a week after receiving the occupancy certificates in the project.
