Occupancy & completion certificates now on Darpan portal, ET RealEstate

NOIDA: The Noida Authority is planning to spend Rs 12.15 lakh for the maintenance of its internal software and integrating the occupancy and construction software with the CM portal Darpan 2.0.

Apart from generating real-time alerts and document verification, the software maintenance will ensure the integration of data for residential, industrial, group housing, and commercial properties in the city.

The Authority has invited technical bids from agencies that have handled the maintenance and operation of similar government portals issuing large and complex data sets.
