NOIDA: The Noida High Rise Federation (NHRF) 100x sectors has set up a three-member committee to oversee lift registrations in highrise societies, following delays and lack of clarity in implementing the UP Lift and Escalator Act, 2024.
The panel will coordinate with the district administration and Noida Authority to ensure registrations, inspections, and compliance across 15 societies.
“The committee comprising Dinesh Singh, AOA president of Homes 121 and NHRF convener, Gaurav Asati, former AOA president of Amrapali Zodiac and NHRF board member, and Ashok Bindlesh, AOA secretary of RG Residency and NHRF convener, has been formed to oversee lift registration and ensure compliance with the state law,” said Nikhil Singhal, NHRF president.
