Prestige Group acquires 22,135 sq meters land in Mira Bhayandar for Rs 291.58 crore, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Prestige Estates Projects has acquired 22,135 sq meters of land together with all rights within the jurisdiction of Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation, Mumbai.

The acquired land will be planned for residential development spanning approximately one million sq ft of carpet area. The cost of acquisition is around Rs 291.58 crore.

The company achieved a total sales of Rs 4,226 crore for Q2 FY25, bringing its first half of FY25 sales to Rs 7,052 crore. In terms of sales volumes, it recorded three million sq ft in Q2 with the half year, total reaching 5.87 million sq ft. It sold 1,356 units this quarter, summing up to 2,730 units sold for the first half of FY25.

It launched three projects covering 8.19 million sq ft in Q2 of FY25. For the first half, it has launched a total of 10 million sq ft across these 5 projects. The gross development value of these projects launched during the first half stood at Rs 10,000 crore, of which Q2 launches contributed to Rs 8,600 crore.
