JAIPUR: Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) disposed of premium residential and commercial properties worth about Rs 155.62 crore in a property auction organised between Feb 3 and 5.

This auction included small and large commercial and residential plots and constructed flats in Jaipur, Hanumangarh, Bhiwadi and Bharatpur.

“We managed to sell 44 out of the 60-odd properties listed in the auction. All these are of premium categories. This shows people have faith in RHB even in premium categories,” said housing commissioner Dr Rashmi Sharma.

An RHB release said that through this auction, the board earned Rs 132.37 crore from Jaipur, Rs 35,31,000 from Bharatpur, Rs 6.97 crore from Bhiwadi, and Rs 15.92 crore from Hanumangarh.
