NEW DELHI: Skootr, a managed office space provider, leased over 100,000 sq ft of office space in Max Square, Noida.
The center – Skootr Palace Park has a capacity of 1,586 seats.
The company now has 80 offices totaling a built up portfolio of 3.5 million sq ft. It plans to add five million sq ft in the next four years.
The company is further expanding its portfolio by more than one million sq ft by FY25, with a million sq ft earmarked for Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Delhi NCR and around half a million on other markets like Pune, Mumbai, and Chennai.
