Flexible office space provider Table Space Technologies has leased over one lakh square feet in the Cafe Coffee Day Square Property in Bengaluru, which had served as the erstwhile corporate headquarter of the company and its flagship store.

The lease term is 60 months with a lock-in period and commands a rental of Rs 175 per square foot with a 10% escalation every two years, as per the lease registry document shared by Propstack, a data analytics firm.

The Cafe Coffee Day Square at Bengaluru’s premium Vittal Mallya Road has a total built-up area of over 100,000 sq ft, and each floor measures approximately 9,000 sq. ft, said the document.

Table Space currently has over 9.5 million square feet, including this new lease transaction, under its portfolio, totalling over 75,000 seats across seven key cities in India.

The Bangalore-headquartered firm continues to grow its portfolio across the country, with plans to reach 21 million square feet by the end of 2026.

This expansion includes managed offices and TS Suites, featuring move-in-ready office solutions.

India’s flexible office sector is witnessing exponential growth, fuelled by diverse factors such as the surge in startups, evolving work dynamics, and the post-pandemic shift towards cost-efficient and adaptable workspaces.

Enterprises of all sizes and origins embrace flexible office models, leveraging them for flagship offices, research and development hubs, and various business functions. This trend underscores the versatility and appeal of flexible office solutions across industries and geographical locations.
