NEW DELHI: Flexible workspace provider Incuspaze has leased 350,000 sq ft in Gurugram‘s Udyog Vihar in one of the biggest office space transactions of 2024.
The company has also leased 150,000 sq ft space in Pune and 60,000 sq ft space in Jaipur, as it is looking to add 1.5 million sq ft this year owing to increasing demand for flexible space in the country.
“We are operating at 95% of occupancy and largely catering to enterprise clients,” said Sanjay Chatrath, managing partner, Incuspaze.
“Incuspaze plans to expand its portfolio to 7 million sq ft by 2026 on the back of a rise in demand for flexible spaces by mid and large corporates.”
The workspace provider is present in 44 locations across 18 cities with a total portfolio of 2.5 million sq ft.
