NEW DELHI: Innov8 has launched two flexible spaces in Andheri, Mumbai and Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. Each center, span over one lakh sq ft with a total seating capacity of 3,000.
Q Parc – is located along the Thane-Belapur Road in Ghansoli with a total seating capacity of 1,500 while Innov8 Zion – the Andheri center has a total seating capacity of 1,500.
Ritesh Malik, founder of the company said, “The demand for flexible and efficient office spaces is at an all-time high driven by the rise of hybrid work models and the need for cost-effective, scalable office solutions.”
Innov8 plans to raise Rs 100 crore to accelerate its operations in 2025. The capital raised will support inorganic growth opportunities such as acquisitions, technology upgrades, partnerships, and expansion into niche segments.
It has expanded into the managed office space sector, aiming to add four million sq ft to its footprint across India over the next three years. It is planning to double its centers in 2025 shifting towards bigger centers.
The company currently operates over 45 centres spanning 17,000 seats across 10 cities. It reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 62 crore in FY24 including one-time exceptional items compared to Rs 2.5 crore in FY23.
