Apparently, when the door to one Williamsburg pad linked to Jeremy Strong closes, another one opens. The actor, who won an Emmy for his role as media scion Kendall Roy on the HBO megahit Succession, listed his Williamsburg, Brooklyn, condo last fall for $1.9 million. That Emmy, plus Strong’s other awards, made an appearance in the listing photos for the condo. (And he may soon be adding to the collection, given he’s among the nominees at this Sunday’s Tony Awards.) According to a report from the New York Post, that three-bedroom dwelling sold last month for $1.95 million—but fear not, Kendall stans: another Williamsburg apartment, which Strong rented while filming the first season of the acclaimed drama, has just hit the market.
According to the Post, Strong rented the abode from 2017 until 2019 for about $5,000 a month. The roughly 1,200-square-foot home is now available to buy for $1.65 million. Located inside a four-story red brick condominium that was built in 2016, the floor-through apartment features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open floor plan, and a petite balcony off of the primary bedroom suite.

The door to the apartment opens into a kitchen outfitted with a Wolf oven and a butcher-block-topped stainless steel island. Minimalist wood cabinetry with built-in wine storage, a few floating shelves, and a patterned tile backsplash round out the space. Though the bedrooms are on the smaller side, they both feature comparably impressive closets. The primary bath boasts a deep soaking tub.

At about 1,500 square feet, Strong’s just-sold condo is a little bit bigger than the spot that is now up for grabs. Strong bought that unit in 2019 for $1.62 million, per the Post. The home features plentiful windows, white oak floors, exposed brick, and a spacious common area with an open floor plan.
