About two months ago, the lead singer of dance-pop-funk-rock band DNCE finally sold the Nolita condo he bought in 2018, which had been on and off the market since 2020. But clearly, offloading the apartment doesn’t mean the Jonas Brother has turned his back on the Big Apple—he’s just switched boroughs. Per Robb Report, the musician has picked up a $6.7 million Brooklyn pad.
