At last, Joe Jonas has found a buyer for the condo he’s been putting on and off the market since July 2020. Per The Hollywood Reporter, the “Cake by the Ocean” singer handed the unit in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood over to an unknown buyer for $5.36 million. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom space was most recently listed in November with a $6 million asking price.

A lot has happened since the actor and DNCE frontman scooped up the roughly 3,000-square-foot dwelling for $5.6 million in 2018. Since then, he has married and divorced Game of Thrones actor Sophie Turner, with whom he shares two children, and got the family band, the Jonas Brothers, back together. (Currently, the singer and his brothers-turned-bandmates Kevin Jonas and Nick Jonas are on a world tour.) The Camp Rock star wanted $6.5 million for the unit when he listed it four years ago. Though he ultimately faced a slight loss on the sale, perhaps it was worth it to finally offload the property.

Located inside a 2015-built boutique building with a 24-hour doorman and a rooftop terrace, the abode features high-end finishes, keyed elevator entry, and an open floor plan flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling windows on its eastern and western sides. Arguably the greatest amenity that the home has to offer is a private 1,450-square-foot terrace, accessible by French doors in the living room and in the primary bedroom. A huge walk-in closet and a serene tiled bathroom with a dual sink vanity round out the main suite’s amenities.

Custom oak floors and all-neutral walls unite the home’s spaces. In the great room, a patch of black-and-white patterned tiles are featured along the borders of the kitchen, which boasts a long white marble island with a breakfast bar and separates the living and formal dining areas.
