NEW DELHI: Keystone Realtors has reported net consolidated profit after tax of Rs 65.55 crore in the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 4.17 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 556.22 crore in Q2 FY25, a dip of 12.18 per cent from Rs 633.33 crore it reported in the similar quarter last year.
Boman Irani, chairman and managing director of the company said, “We’ve successfully launched three more RERA projects this quarter, totaling a GDV of Rs 2,040 crore with cumulative launch of 5 projects having GDV of Rs 4,057 crore in H1 FY25. We also added 3 more new projects contributing additional GDV of Rs 1,333 crore in Q2 FY25.
Pre-sales more than doubled to Rs 7 billion in Q2 FY25. Gross Debt stood at Rs 448 crore and gross debt/equity ratio is 0.17 as on Q2 FY25.
