NEW DELHI: Pune- based Kolte-Patil Developers achieved annual sales value of Rs 2,822 crore during the financial year 2024 as against Rs 2,232 crore in FY23, registering a growth of 26% year-on-year.
It’s annual sales volumes stood at 3.92 million sq ft in FY24 as against 3.27 million sq ft, registering a 20 per cent year-on-year growth.
Rahul Talele, group CEO, of the company said, “FY24 has been a significant year for Kolte-Patil Developers, characterized by highest ever sales of Rs. 2,822 crore and volumes of 3.92 million sq. ft. and highest ever collections of Rs. 2,070 crore.”
Collections were at Rs 2,070 crore in FY24, a 9 per cent growth from Rs 1,902 crore it recorded in FY23.
In Q4 FY24, the company recorded quarterly pre-sales of Rs. 743 crore, resulting in a 6% year-on-year growth.
During the financial year, the company launched projects with a total gross development value (GDV) of Rs. 3,800 crore across projects in Pune and Bengaluru.
