Actor Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli are ready to move on from the Hidden Hills, California, property they bought in 2020—months before serving their prison sentences for their involvement in the “Varsity Blues” college admissions scandal. The Full House star and her fashion designer partner, who paid $9.5 million for the contemporary farmhouse-style dwelling, are hoping that their renovations and increased demand in the area will entice buyers to drop $17.5 million on the pad, according to Robb Report.

A major landscaping update is one of the biggest changes the couple brought to the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home, giving it a far more secluded atmosphere. A comparison in listing photos from before and after their handiwork shows that the once-sparse front yard has been filled out with dense shrubbery and mature olive trees lining the front entrance path. The pair also gave the exterior wooden siding a coat of charcoal-gray paint, added a bocce ball court, and lined the one-and-a-half-acre plot with tall hedges.

As chef Joshua Weissman welcomes AD into his Austin home in the latest episode of Open Door, he jokes that he doesn’t actually live in a kitchen.

Interior highlights of the nearly 12,000-square-foot home include a gym, a plush gray movie theater, and a glass-lined wine room across from a formal dining room. Maple flooring, neutral walls, and vaulted ceilings with exposed beams are found throughout. Glass walls slide away to connect the main living spaces with the backyard, which boasts an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit lounge area, and a rectangular pool with an inset spa. The primary bedroom suite comes complete with a fireplace, two bathrooms, and sprawling mountain views.

Loughlin and Giannulli maintain their mansion in California’s Coachella Valley, which they bought in 2021 for $13 million. That property, a 10,000-square-foot, five-bedroom dwelling, is situated in an A-list enclave also home to the likes of Tim Cook, Justin Bieber, and several Kardashians.
