LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to reopen its e-auction portal for over 300 plots, including 60 sqm residential plots in the Basant Kunj scheme, on Friday.
Online registrations will be allowed till March 10 and the e-auction will be conducted on March 17.
A significant response was received in the previous e-auction where properties worth approximately Rs 450 crore were sold. According to LDA VC Prathmesh Kumar, “The portal is being reopened to facilitate new buyers. Residential plots, flats, group housing, schools, nursing homes, marriage halls, hotels, fine-dining spaces and mixed-use land are being included in this auction.”
In Sector-H of the Basant Kunj Scheme (Hardoi Road), 60 sqm residential plots have been listed, with a reserved price of Rs 32,955 per sqm. Various commercial and mixed-use plots in Gomti Nagar, Jankipuram, Sharda Nagar, CG City, Kanpur Road and Transport Nagar are also being offered. These include malls, multiplexes, city clubs, community centres, and petrol pumps, providing buyers an opportunity to acquire premium properties in Lucknow.
