LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is expected to begin registration process for 1,617 residential plots in its ambitious 103-acre education city project on Mohan Road, being developed as a world-class educational hub similar to those in Dubai and Qatar, in late Jan. The authority is awaiting approval from RERA.
Officials have revealed plans for an international-level university and state-of-the-art infrastructure. The first phase will offer plots in four sectors (3, 4, 6, and 7) with sizes ranging from 400 to 3,200 sq ft.
Group housing plots and green spaces, including 18 large parks in sector 4, are also part of the development, said LDA vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar.
RERA registration for the plots is underway, Plot prices are expected to range between Rs 3,500 and Rs 4,000 per sq ft.
