NEW DELHI: Macrotech Developers achieved pre-sales of Rs 42.3 billion in Q4 FY24, up 40% year-on-year basis. Collections were at Rs 35.1 billion for Q4 FY24 showing a growth of 20% year-on-year.
For FY24, its pre-sales were at Rs 145.2 billion and collections were at Rs 112.6 billion.
During FY24, the company added new projects having cumulative gross development value (GDV) of Rs 203 billion in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune and Bengaluru, exceeding its guidance of Rs 175 billion.
“On the back of operating cash flow generation and recently concluded equity raise, the company’s net debt further reduced to Rs 30.1 billion which is <0.2x of equity, thus achieving our goal of net debt:equity <= 0.5x,” the company said.
