NEW DELHI: Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has been appointed as the developer for a redevelopment project in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai.
The project offers a gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 950 crore. This is company’s fourth redevelopment project in Mumbai.
The company will redevelop three residential societies together. The project will be developed under state’s cluster redevelopment policy.
Its subsidiary Anthurium Developers (ADL) recently acquired 8.2 acres of land in North Bengaluru. The land has a developable potential of approximately 0.9 million sq ft of saleable area and a projected gross development value (GDV) of almost Rs 1,000 crore.
