MIDC to acquire 611 hectares of land in three areas of Nashik, ET RealEstate

NASHIK: MIDC has started acquiring 611hectares of land to set up industrial estates at three locations around 30km from the city.

Of these, 204hectares have been identified at Maparwadi near Sinnar, 271 near Ghoti, and 136 at Rajur Bahula near Nashik city.

MIDC’s dy CEO Sonali Mule said, “This will help provide land to industries wanting to set up their base. Our objective is to complete the land acquisition process at these locations and complete the layouts at the earliest so that they can be allotted to industries.”

Manish Rawal, chairman of aviation committee of Ambad Industries & Manufacturers’ Association (AIMA), said, “Nashik is emerging as the manufacturing hub for the industries. We want MIDC to acquire more land for the industries in and around Nashik so that large industries will make investment here.”

“If new big industries come there, it will provide business opportunities to the MSMEs in Nashik,” said Nikhil Panchal, secretary, Nashik Industries & Manufacturers” Association (NIMA).
