Actor and comedian Mike Myers is still looking to offload his Chelsea penthouse, which comes complete with some opulent amenities and swoon-worthy NYC views from its sprawling terraces. The Canadian performer has been trying to sell the place for nearly a year. Last May, he put the 5,622-square-foot condo on the market with a $20 million price tag, per The Wall Street Journal. Its price was slashed to $18.5 million in October. In December, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home was temporarily removed from the market. Now, the Saturday Night Live alum and listing agents Leonard Steinberg and Herve Senequier of Compass are giving it another go at $17.5 million—still a bit more than the $15.35 million Myers paid for the dwelling in 2017.
The contemporary-style abode boasts 896 square feet of outdoor space spread across two terraces. The larger of the pair measures in at nearly 65 feet long and features views of the Hudson River and the High Line right below. The dwelling’s other exposures offer panoramic views of the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building. There’s also a library, a media room, and a generous study with the potential to be repurposed into a fifth bedroom.
An open-plan living and dining area is lined with large windows and hosts a wood-burning fireplace, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling honey-hued marble. Nearby, the all-black chef’s kitchen is outfitted with custom oak cabinets with subtle gold accents, brass hardware, and a pair of inky Carrara marble islands, each equipped with a sink.

Stretching the entire length of the unit, the primary suite enjoys direct access to the oversized outdoor area, multiple sprawling walk-in closets, a study with a built-in marble wet bar, and exclusive access to the second terrace.
The ensuite bath includes a sauna, steam shower, a cast iron bathtub, dual vanities cloaked in marble matching the living room fireplace, and radiant heated floors. The three additional bedrooms each have their own matching marble bathrooms, featuring soaking tubs and separate showers.

Accessed via a keyed elevator entry, the luxe penthouse is situated on the top of floor a 10-story luxury condominium designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen. Construction was completed in 2015. Myers, best known for his starring roles in Austin Powers, Wayne’s World, and Shrek, previously owned a $14 million penthouse in New York’s SoHo neighborhood. In 2022, he created and starred in the Netflix miniseries The Pentaverate.
