Miranda Kerr is ready to let go of her Malibu dream house. Per Robb Report, the model has officially listed the ocean-view estate that she bought in 2014, shortly after her divorce from actor Orlando Bloom. In 2016, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel told Harper’s Bazaar that she started house hunting in the coastal enclave so that the former couple’s shared son, Flynn, could remain close to Bloom. The actor was looking to relocate to Malibu from New York, where he and Kerr lived. “I knew that this house was it at first sight,” Kerr told the outlet. “It needed a lot of work, but it had a great view … I could just see the potential. It felt so right.”
An interior design aficionado, Kerr outfitted the midcentury dwelling with white walls and neutral furnishings, punctuated by colorful books, personal photos, and drawings by Flynn. She detailed her decorating process in 2021: “I love when the room feels clean and open, but also warm, inviting, and cozy,” she told AD. “I like to use a neutral color palette with different textures and fabrics so it feels layered and you notice the details and variation up close. I love to add throws and pillows for pops of color.”
Although Kerr’s colorful personal ephemera will be removed from the airy open-plan abode, the home’s new owner has the option to buy the place with its backdrop of all-neutral furnishings intact for an additional $150,000.

In addition to the roughly 2,200-square-foot main house, the 0.73-acre compound also boasts two guest houses, two swimming pools, a pool house with a gym, and a sprawling wraparound deck. In total, the property has six bedrooms and six bathrooms across about 3,700 square feet of interior living space. Vaulted all-white ceilings, hardwood floors, and expansive window views are featured throughout the compound.
Along with her husband, Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel, Kerr maintains an international real estate portfolio with homes in France as well as her native Australia, in addition to California properties in Holmby Hills and Brentwood.
