NEW DELHI: NBCC (India) has reported a growth of 52.78 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 125.13 crore in Q2 FY5 as against Rs 81.90 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 2,525.95 crore in Q2 FY25, a growth of 18.35 per cent from Rs 2,134.36 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
The board of directors approved the appointment of Anjeev Kumar Jain, director (Finance), NBCC as chief financial officer and key managerial personal (KMP) of the company with effect from November 01, 2024.
