Nick Cannon has a history of gifting property to the mothers of his 12 children, so perhaps the new dwelling the Masked Singer host just scooped up in the LA suburbs, per Robb Report, is going to one of them? According to the publication, the consummate entertainer recently acquired a 4,400-square-foot home in Woodland Hills, California, for $3.1 million. As far as is known, Cannon still owns the 8,371-square-foot New Jersey manse he purchased in 2018, after having rented it from 2015.

The Nickelodeon alum’s latest reported purchase presents as a typical ranch-style home from the front, but rises to two stories in the back. Inside the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom abode is an open floor plan with blond and distressed hardwood floors and all-white walls. The interiors, which have recently been given a contemporary makeover, exude modern farmhouse vibes. Notable features on the ground floor include a living area complete with a fireplace—sans mantelpiece—and a music room. An open kitchen boasting a 60-foot-long center island opens up to a patio that borders a pool, along with a manicured lawn, a banquette and fireplace, and an outdoor kitchen.

The sprawling primary suite features a vaulted ceiling, a fireplace, a spa bathroom, a massive closet, and space for an office. A second suite comes with its own entrance, while three other guest bedrooms share two bathrooms.
