Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden and his wife Cameron Diaz listed their Beverly Hills Mansion for $17.4 million earlier this month. Days later, Nicole Richie and her husband—Madden’s twin brother, Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden—have followed suit, per Realtor.com. The publication reports that Richie and Joel, who wed in 2010, have put their Beverly Hills estate up for grabs with a $12.95 million price tag.
Sitting behind guarded gates on a 15,800-square-foot lot, the manse spans 6,100 square feet. The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom abode comes with a three-car garage and a curved driveway. Highlights of the home include a chef’s kitchen with a center island featuring a marble waterfall countertop. Sliding glass doors open up to an expansive backyard.

Four of the dwelling’s five bedrooms are ensuite, and the primary suite includes a fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a lounging area. According to the listing, the residence also boasts a library, a laundry room, a home theater, and guest quarters. The backyard is a true oasis; amenities include a pool and spa, a patio for alfresco dining, and a lawn surrounded by mature hedges and olive trees.
Richie, the daughter of R&B legend Lionel Richie, rose to fame in the early aughts when she co-starred on the culture-shifting reality show The Simple Life with Paris Hilton. She owns the jewelry, apparel, and lifestyle brand House of Harlow 1960, named for her daughter with Joel. The Madden twins started their band in the 1990s and broke through in the 2000s with multi-platinum albums and sold out tours. Joel currently hosts Paramount Plus’s hit tattoo competition series Ink Master.
