NEW DELHI: Delhi-NCR based Nimbus Projects has reported pre-sales of Rs 491.37 crore during the first nine months of the financial year 2024-25 as against Rs 278 crore it recorded in 9M FY24, reflecting year-on-year growth of 352.67%.
The company’s collections stood at Rs 183.38 crore in 9M FY25, reflecting year-on-year growth of 100.63% over Rs 91.03 crore collections registered in 9M FY24.
Bipin Agarwal, chairman and managing director of the company said, “We are excited about the future as we focus on launching high-end developments.”
Nimbus recorded topline of Rs 1,000 crore for FY25 and has a total pipeline of about 11 lakh sq ft in the upcoming developments.
In September 2024, the company had been selected by Noida authority to co-develop phase-II of Arista group housing project in sector 168. The company has associated with B.L. Gupta Construction under Rs 350 crore cost-plus contract for the project.
The company has already invested over Rs 130 crore and expect top-line revenue of Rs 1,500 crore from the project.
