Olivia Newton-John’s Former Abode Is for Sale, Martin Brudnizki Takes on the Ritz-Carlton Residences, and More Real Estate News

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Savannah opens sales for half of the property’s units

Sales for the first 10 of 20 planned homes at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Savannah, have launched. The assortment includes the property’s penthouse—a three-bedroom, four-bathroom unit with views of the Savannah River, which is asking $6.675 million—among other units. Prices start at $2.695 million for a two-bedroom, three-bathroom space.

The Residences, along with a colocated Ritz-Carlton Hotel, will be built within three existing buildings in the Georgia town’s Landmark Historic District. The centerpiece of the spread is the Savannah Bank and Trust Building, a 113-year-old structure with a marble-clad façade that the developers, TMGOC Ventures, are maintaining. Some units, like the penthouse, will enjoy a river view, while others will have a view of Johnson Square or the Savannah cityscape. Martin Brudnizki is designing the interiors, marking the very first Ritz-Carlton Residences by the AD100 talent.

Amenities at the property will include meeting and event spaces, a spa, a 24/7 fitness and wellness center, and a rooftop pool with a lounge space. Rowan Stallings Group at Corcoran Austin Hill Realty are handling sales exclusively.

New renderings of New York’s highest and largest outdoor loggia space have been unveiled

Banda Design Studio has revealed their design for the highest and largest outdoor loggia space in New York City. Located on the 51st floor of the famed Billionaire’s Row tower at 111 West 57th Street, the truly remarkable space is a feature of Residence 50, which is currently listed for $25.5 million.

The design for the 1,798-square-foot outdoor space showcases the versatility of the loggia. The wellness-led areas are airy and soft-toned, like the travertine pool which is accompanied by built-in loungers, while the areas best suited for group entertainment, like the bar and dining area, are commanded by walnut paneling and bold marble. Floating 51 floors above Manhattan, it goes without saying that the views of Central Park heighten each of these elements.

“In a city where private outside space is an incredible and hugely valuable rarity, it is a phenomenal milestone to unveil not only the largest and highest but the most tranquil and thoughtfully designed loggia space in New York City,” says Banda founder and CEO Edo Mapelli Mozzi. “There is nothing else like it on the market and certainly not this high up. It is an oasis in the sky—Banda’s design for the private outdoor space creates an urban escape, with entertainment and wellness in mind highlighted by spectacular 360-degree views.”
