NEW DELHI: Omaxe has reported net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 71.77 crore during the quarter ended December 31, 2023. It registered loss after tax of Rs 109.11 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 601.90 crore in Q3 FY24, a growth of 137.15 per cent from Rs 253.81 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
The board of directors approved re-appointment of Mohit Goel as managing director of the company for a period of five years with effect from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2029.
During the quarter ended December 31, 2023, the company acquired 25% equity shares of its subsidiary company namely Omaxe World Street and 75% equity shareholding of FBD Realgrow. After acquiring the said holding, both companies have become the wholly owned subsidiary companies of Omaxe. In addition to above, the company has also acquired 90,000, 12% fully convertible debentures representing 100% of the debentures of FBD Realgrow.
