Omaxe to invest Rs 2,500 crore to develop projects under new brand, ET RealEstate

NEW DELHI: Omaxe Group plans to invest Rs 2,500 crore to develop projects being undertaken under BeTogether brand over a time span of 3-5 years and have a revenue potential over Rs 5,000 crore.

The brand will focus on joint ventures, collaboration and development through public-private partnerships (PPP).

It currently has a joint venture initiative-BeTogether Centre Point Vrindavan in Vrindavan. In addition, the brand is partnering with the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) on several PPP projects to upgrade bus terminals in Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Kaushambi, Ayodhya, Amausi, and Prayagraj.

The company recently incorporated Nexten Township with capital of 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each representing 100% paid up share capital and Nexten Cityspace Realty with capital of 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each representing 100% paid up share capital as the wholly-owned subsidiaries.
