CHANDIGARH: To address the ongoing issue of repeated enhancement charges faced by plot holders who received plots from the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), formerly known as the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), the state govt has unveiled an opportunity under the Vivad Se Samadhan Yojana 2024. This initiative allows plot holders to apply for the resolution of enhancement issues until May 14.
A govt spokesperson said the state govt has once again given a golden opportunity to the plot holders to pay a lower amount under the Vivad Se Samadhan Yojana 2024. Under this scheme, plot holders can settle their outstanding enhancement amount at a concessional rate, eliminating any legal complication.
Providing detailed information, he said the scheme is available to all allottees and plot holders with residential plots, floorwise registration, group housing societies, as well as institutional and industrial plots falling under various categories. He informed that this scheme encompasses 140 sectors and provides a discount of over Rs 550 crore for over 5,000 applicants. A total of 223 allottees have already availed the benefit of the scheme, he added.
He called upon the plot holders to resolve their enhancement issues timely, by applying at ‘https://vsss(dot)hsvphry(dot)org(dot)in’ until May 14.
