Actor and producer Priyanka Chopra Jonas has sold four residential apartments in Lokhandwala Complex in Mumbai’s western suburb Andheri west for a total of Rs 16.17 crore.
The apartments spread over a total built up area of 5,045 sq ft on the 18th and 19th floor of the tower to four different buyers. These four apartments also include a duplex spanning over 18th and 19th floor and this has been sold for Rs 6.35 crore.
The deals were registered on Monday and has attracted cumulative stamp duty worth Rs 84.47 lakh, showed the documents accessed through IndexTap(dot)com. Priyanka’s mother Madhu Chopra has executed both the deals on the actor’s behalf.
In November 2023, Priyanka had sold two of her apartments in in the same locality to director, producer and screenwriter Abhishek Chaubey for a total of Rs 6 crore. Both the apartments on the ninth floor of a tower cumulatively spread over nearly 2,300 sq ft.
In April 2023 too, she had sold a commercial property in Lokhandwala area for Rs 7 crore to a dentist couple who had earlier rented this space from her in 2021. This office space spread over 1,781 sq ft carpet area with 465-sq-ft terrace was leased to the dentists earlier at Rs 2.11 lakh per month.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas could not be reached immediately for a comment.
Chopra Jonas moved to Los Angeles in 2018 after her marriage with Nick Jonas and currently lives there with him and their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.
