NEW DELHI: Protean eGov Technologies, e-Governance solutions provider, has leased 68,021 sq ft office space in One International Center, Lower Parel, Mumbai

Colliers India, a real estate services firm, helped transacted the deal. The company’s design services team will also design the project.

“We look forward to creating a space that reflects our mission, fuels our impact, and supports the future of digital governance in India,” said, Dipali Sheth, chief human resources officer, Protean eGov Technologies.

According to a recent report by FICCI and Colliers India, the commercial real estate market is projected to reach 65-70 million sq ft in 2025.

Global Capability Centres (GCCs) have emerged as a major demand driver with Mumbai witnessing fourfold increase in GCC uptake in 2024 as compared to 2023.

Recently Sunny Leone had purchased an office space in Oshiwara, for Rs 8 crore. The office space has a carpet area of 176.98 sq meters and included three car parking spaces.
