After 25 years of ownership, Rick and Kathy Hilton want to pass on the keys to their longtime Hamptons home. According to the Wall Street Journal, the hotel heir and reality star, who are parents to socialite Paris Hilton, are listing their Southampton, New York, home for $14.95 million.

Built in 1998, the traditional shingle-style dwelling sits on a 2.7-acre plot in a gated neighborhood. In 1999, the Hiltons scooped up the property as a vacation home for about $2.4 million. “The layout is perfect for comfortable living and entertaining, and we have countless happy memories there,” Rick told the WSJ of the roughly 10,500-square-foot manse. Per the outlet, the family’s time at the six-bedroom home dwindled following their move to Los Angeles in the 2000s. According to listing records, the abode has been offered up for rent several times over recent years for as much as $133,333 a month.
