After owning her luxury Los Angeles penthouse for under a year, business mogul and pop phenom Rihanna has reportedly found a buyer in a little over two months. The “Diamonds” singer placed her 40th-floor aerie on the market for $24.95 million in March of this year, and according to Robb Report, a contract on the abode is already pending. The final price of the sale will not be released until the contract officially closes.
The tony dwelling is located in The Century, a high-profile residential building designed by starchitect Robert A.M. Stern. The same apartment was also once owned by the late Friends actor Matthew Perry, who sold it to Afterpay cofounder Nick Molnar, who subsequently sold it to the Barbadian superstar for $21 million.

The massive oval-shaped condo, which occupies the building’s entire 40th floor, features four bedrooms and eight bathrooms spread across 9,300 square feet. Four balconies totaling approximately 1,900 square feet surround the apartment. The pad is accessed via a private elevator. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer 360-degree views of the Los Angeles skyline and the Pacific Ocean. Four fireplaces are scattered throughout the home, including one that warms the great room and another in the primary suite. A large kitchen with an open layout, complete with a double island and a wine refrigerator, is situated near a cozy living area.
