Rihanna’s Century City, Los Angeles, penthouse—a 40th-floor unit in an architectural gem by Robert A.M. Stern that could verily be called a “diamond in the sky”—has officially hit the market. The Savage x Fenty founder is looking to sell her recently acquired abode in The Century, Stern’s ovate 42-story condominium, for just under $25 million. According to Robb Report, the “Work” singer reportedly never moved into the 9,300-square-foot dwelling and has been seeking off-market buyers for a few months.
Rihanna bought the contemporary abode from Afterpay cofounder Nick Molnar about a year ago for $21 million. Before Molnar, the late Friends actor Matthew Perry inhabited the four-bedroom and eight-bathroom home, which spans an entire floor of the 2010-built skyscraper.
Thanks to its egg-shaped floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows, the sky-high dwelling boasts 360-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and the LA skyline. There are four generously sized terraces to boot, each facing a cardinal direction and totaling 1,900 square feet of outdoor space.
A great room at the heart of the residence features tall ceilings and is bookended by two of the unit’s four fireplaces. In the primary suite, a sprawl of oversized windows lines the curved wall, providing twinkling city light views at night. The luxe bedroom also features a fireplace, dual bathrooms and closets, and multiple areas for lounging.

The Barbadian billionaire still owns a smaller unit in the building, which she bought in 2014. That space was reported as her primary residence when she purchased the spread from Molnar. According to Robb Report, the mother of two now mainly resides at her $13.8 million Beverly Hills mansion. Since purchasing that property in 2021, she has already bought and sold the Tudor-style home next door.
