NEW DELHI: Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for leasing out a 5,532 sq meters land parcel at Renigunta, in Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh.
The proposed land parcel near Renigunta Junction Railway Station will be leased out for 45 years. The reserve price of the land is Rs 6.77 crore for a proposed built-up area of 7,502 sq meters.
The company recently invited bids for the grant of lease for the redevelopment of the Boulevard Road Railway Colony at Delhi.
The land, with an approximate area of 2.156 hectares (21,568.35 sq meters), will be leased for 99 years with a reserve price of Rs 318 crore. The site has an applicable floor area ratio (FAR) of 16,176.26 sq meters.
