NEW DELHI: Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for the grant of lease for the redevelopment of the Boulevard Road Railway Colony at Delhi.
The land, with an approximate area of 2.156 hectares (21,568.35 sq meters), will be leased for 99 years with a reserve price of Rs 318 crore. The site has an applicable floor area ratio (FAR) of 16,176.26 sq meters.
The Boulevard Road Railway Colony is situated along Lala Hardev Sahai Marg/GT Karnal Road, close to the Tis Hazari Metro Station and the Rani Jhansi Flyover in New Delhi.
The site which falls under the Residential Bungalow Zone, is to be re-developed in accordance with the latest Master Plan of Delhi (MPD) and Development Control Regulations (DCR).
