Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor has rented a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s plush Juhu locality at monthly rentals of Rs 6 lakh.
The actor has rented this apartment spread over nearly 3,929 sq ft on the third floor of a luxury residential tower for a total term of 12 months. She has already paid the rentals for the entire tenure of the lease.
The deal was registered on October 16, showed the documents accessed through realty data analytics platform Zapkey.com. As part of the deal, she will also get exclusive access to four car parking slots in the tower.
Shraddha Kapoor could not be reached immediately for a comment.
The spacious apartment is part of a sought-after luxury tower in Juhu, a locality known for being home to several Bollywood celebrities and high-net-worth individuals.
The lease is another indicator of Bollywood stars’ penchant for high-end residences in Mumbai’s posh neighbourhoods. With its proximity to the beach, upscale restaurants, and other amenities, Juhu continues to remain a favourite among celebrities.
