NEW DELHI: Signatureglobal (India) has reported net consolidated profit after tax of Rs 4.15 crore during the quarter ended September 30, 2024. It had registered loss after tax of Rs 19.92 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 777.42 crore in Q2 FY25 as against Rs 121.16 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
Its pre-sales grew by 217% year-on-year to Rs 59 billion for H1 FY25 and by 184% year-on-year to Rs 27.8 billion in Q2 FY25. Collections grew by 60% year-on-year to Rs 21.3 billion for H1 FY25 and by 28% year-on-year to Rs 9.2 billion in Q2 FY25.
Net debt was reduced to Rs 10.1 billion at the end of H1 FY25 in comparison to Rs 11.6 billion at the end of FY24.
