After amicably parting ways with now-ex husband Joe Manganiello, Griselda star Sofía Vergara has also parted ways with the 11,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion she and Manganiello had been trying to sell since 2022.

According to TMZ, a lucky buyer scooped up the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom abode on Tuesday for $13.7 million—nearly $6 million less than the original asking price of $19.6 million back in 2022. The cost was first reduced to $17.99 million in the summer of 2023 when the couple failed to find any takers after a year on the market, and further slashed earlier in 2024 when it was re-listed for $13.9 million. Vergara, who appeared on AD’s March cover in her new Beverly Park home, and her ex paid just over $10 million for the estate about a decade ago.

It is unclear if the current interest rates and the stagnant state of California’s real estate market had anything to do with the extended sale period, but it seems unlikely that the lag time had anything to do with the home’s aesthetics. Described as “refined and romantic” by the former listing description, the tri-level Tuscan-style manse sits hidden behind mature hedges and massive arched gates on a half-acre plot.

A creamy beige palette bathes the interiors, where a double-height foyer leads to formal living and dining rooms, both with deep coffered ceilings and crown molding. A beamed ceiling tops a gourmet kitchen with dual sinks and a chunky center island. The public rooms are all encased by French doors which lead to a manicured backyard, complete with a breezy loggia, a pool and spa, and poolside lounge seating. All seven bedrooms are en-suite and the primary bedroom features a large outdoor patio outfitted with a stone fireplace and seating. Other luxe highlights of the abode include a wet bar, a 3,000-bottle wine cellar, a tasting room, a gym, and a large home theater trimmed in dark wood.
