NEW DELHI: SR Menon Properties LLP have purchased an apartment in Lodha Sea Face in Worli, Mumbai, for Rs 187.47 crore.
The apartment has a carpet area of 1,381.09 sq meters (14,866 sq ft) and comes with a total of seven car parking spaces.
The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 11.25 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000, according to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction was registered in March 2025.
The project developed by Macrotech Developers is spread across 1.5 acres and comprises a total of 29 residential units featuring 5 BHK and 6 BHK configurations.
