NEW DELHI: Sumadhura Group plans to invest ₹250 crore to develop residential project-Codename Uru in Kenchanhalli, Bengaluru.

Madhusudhan G, chairman & managing director of the company said, “Our aim is to strike the perfect balance between modern urban living and the rich cultural ethos of Karnataka.”

Spread over 3.25 acres of land, this project is expected to generate a topline of ₹500 crore and will be ready for possession by December 2029.

It will offer 297 2BHK and 3BHK homes across two towers rising 28 floors.
