NEW DELHI: TARC has reported net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 67.36 crore in the quarter ended September 30, 2024. It had registered profit after tax of Rs 1.06 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 5.02 crore in Q2 FY25, a dip of 85.52 per cent from Rs 34.67 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
As on September 30, 2024, its net worth stood at Rs 1,176.10 crore, debt-equity ratio (gross) was 1.63, current liablity ratio was 0.50 and total debts to total assets was 0.49.
During the quarter ended September 30, 2024 the company had partly redeemed series A debenture amounting to Rs 547.92 crore and also repaid interest and premium thereon amounting to Rs 452.07 crore aggregating to Rs 1,000 crore.
Additionally during the quarter ended September 30, 2024, one of the subsidiary Echo Buildtech has issued 3,500 secured unlisted unrated redeemable non-convertible debentures having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each amounting to Rs 35 crore and has also raised secured term loan of Rs 365 crore.
Another subsidiary, TARC Projects has issued 7,500 secured unlisted unrated redeemable non-convertible debentures having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each amounting to Rs 75 crore and has also raised secured term loan of Rs 595 crore.
